The Behavioral Health Services Department consists of two Master’s level clinicians, one licensed in Clinical Social Work and the other in Counseling Psychology, supported by Behavioral Health Aides who are extensively trained through the University of Alaska Rural Services Program. These staff members, many of whom are long-term community residents, provide services to eight communities served by EAT. Support is offered either in person during clinician visits or via advanced tele-video conferencing systems, ensuring accessible care across the region.
