Clinicians monitor progress through regular sessions, drug testing, and monthly reports to referring agencies. Care coordination connects clients with community resources, while family therapy supports relationship repair when appropriate. Crisis intervention is available as needed. Upon completion, clients undergo discharge planning and are recognized with program milestones.
