Within the Center, clients entering the 80-bed residential treatment program are welcomed into a supportive recovery community where American Indian cultural traditions are thoughtfully integrated with industry-based substance abuse treatment approaches. Residents may stay for up to six months, with the opportunity to continue healing through an extended residential program for an additional six months. Throughout treatment, clients receive educational support, including GED preparation, high school completion opportunities through Five Keys Charter School, and life-skills development focused on building healthier coping strategies and long-term stability. Individualized counseling plans combine group and one-on-one therapy to address emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness while helping clients understand the root causes of addiction. Traditional healing practices such as smudging, talking circles, and sweat lodge ceremonies further support recovery, alongside HIV and Hepatitis C rapid testing.
