The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence is a longstanding, community-based nonprofit dedicated to the prevention, education, and treatment of substance use disorders since its founding in 1972. As an affiliate of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc., the organization delivers culturally responsive services, including programs for Spanish-speaking populations, and supports both court-mandated and voluntary participants. NCADD ESG & PV provides a full continuum of care through prevention initiatives, early intervention, and outpatient treatment, including individual and group counseling. Licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services, the organization also offers comprehensive DUI programs. Grounded in the understanding that addiction is a progressive but treatable disease, the Center emphasizes early detection, and ongoing support for individuals and families to improve long-term outcomes.
