Central Valley Clinic, part of Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services, provides medication-assisted treatment and outpatient care for adolescents and adults working toward recovery. The clinic supports a wide range of individuals, including pregnant and postpartum women, seniors, veterans, LGBTQ+ clients, and those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Medical professionals within the Center oversee detox from alcohol, opioids, and other substances, using FDA-approved medications like methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone to ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients may also be referred to additional community and mental health resources for continued support, including long-term maintenance programs when and if needed.
