Operation PAR Inc Therapeutic Community provides comprehensive substance use disorder treatment through structured residential programs designed to support long-term recovery. Services include short- and long-term inpatient rehabilitation for adults, medication-assisted treatment using medications such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, and evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, 12-step facilitation, contingency management, and relapse prevention. The program offers individual, group, and trauma-informed counseling, along with thorough assessments, case management, and continuing care planning. Additional services include health education, family counseling, transportation assistance, social skills development, infectious disease screening and vaccinations, and support for clients already receiving MAT. Specialized programming is available for LGBTQ individuals, those with co-occurring mental health conditions or trauma histories, and people involved in the criminal justice system, with treatment offered to both adult men and women.
