The Transition House Inc Counseling Center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment services. The center offers medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders, individual and group counseling, family therapy, and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Additional services include relapse prevention, treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions, assessments, case management, peer support, and recovery planning to support long-term recovery while clients continue to live at home.
