Right Side Up Recovery Center, a program of MARR, provides long-term residential substance use disorder treatment specifically for women, including women with dependent children. The six-month program uses a structured three-phase community-based model that combines individual and group therapy, family addiction education, trauma recovery, relapse prevention, medical services, 12-Step recovery, psychoeducation, health and nutrition education, parenting support, therapeutic childcare, case management, transportation assistance, and job-skills training. Women progress from intensive clinical treatment to employment and independent-living preparation, with the program emphasizing recovery, healthy parenting, employment, stable housing, and restoration of family relationships. Right Side Up is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the State of Georgia, and its Ready for Work program is state- and federally funded through the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to serve homeless or low-income women and their dependent children.
