Consecrated Care, Inc. provides individualized outpatient opioid addiction treatment through medication-assisted treatment, methadone maintenance, and medically supervised detoxification. Its treatment program develops customized plans addressing each client’s physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs and progresses through initial, stabilization, and transition stages. Services include individual and group counseling, medical assessments, medication therapy, treatment-plan reviews, relapse-prevention planning, detoxification, aftercare planning, and development of peer-support networks. The program is staffed by a board-certified physician, registered pharmacist, credentialed nurses, and certified counselors who work together to support recovery and long-term independence from illicit opioids.
