The Summit Wellness Group’s Roswell location is an outpatient substance use treatment center providing individualized care through partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient programs. The facility combines evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR, individual and group counseling, and medication management, with holistic services such as yoga, massage therapy, chiropractic care, mindfulness, and therapeutic fitness. It also offers family therapy and bi-weekly family support groups and provides flexible morning, afternoon, and evening IOP schedules to accommodate work, school, and family responsibilities. The program follows a non-12-step, whole-person approach focused on addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health needs while supporting long-term recovery; medical detox, residential treatment, and sober living are not provided on-site but are addressed through referrals to partner facilities.
