ProTech Recovery specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders, in line with guidelines from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The program is led by Dr. Joseph Koenigsmark, known as Dr. K, who has over seven years of experience in addiction treatment and more than three years specifically utilizing MAT.
