WestCare Kentucky Ashcamp Hal Rogers Appalachian Recovery Center is a residential substance use treatment facility located in Ashcamp in Pike County, Kentucky, that provides intensive alcohol and drug addiction treatment for adult men. Operated by WestCare Kentucky, the program offers a structured male only recovery environment with long term residential care that generally lasts at least 90 days, giving clients time to address the behavioral, emotional, family, legal, and community factors connected to addiction. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention planning, trauma related counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, parenting support, recovery skill building, aftercare planning, and community reentry support. The facility also works with men who may have co occurring mental health needs, trauma histories, veteran backgrounds, or criminal justice involvement, helping residents build accountability, coping skills, employment readiness, and stronger recovery supports before returning to the community. WestCare Kentucky’s broader mission includes substance abuse treatment and recovery services across eastern and central Kentucky, and the Ashcamp program serves as its men’s residential program within that network.
