Quest Counseling provides a structured Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to support individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The 10-week program offers a combination of group and individual therapy, along with access to psychiatric care and additional clinical services as needed, while allowing clients to maintain their daily responsibilities and community connections. Treatment is delivered in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented setting using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety, along with supportive interventions including mindfulness, Wellness Recovery Action Planning, skills training, psychosocial rehabilitation, and medication-assisted treatment. Following completion of the intensive phase, clients transition into a step-down level of ongoing care that may include continued counseling, psychiatric services, case management, and alumni support to reinforce long-term recovery and stability.
