BHG Wilson Treatment Center is a comprehensive outpatient opioid treatment program located in Wilson, Wilson County, North Carolina, providing evidence based care for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder and co occurring mental health conditions. Serving patients throughout Wilson, Rocky Mount, Elm City, Stantonsburg, and surrounding communities in eastern North Carolina, the center delivers individualized treatment plans that combine FDA approved medications, behavioral counseling, peer recovery services, and comprehensive support to promote long term recovery. The facility offers methadone treatment through its Opioid Treatment Program, buprenorphine treatment including Suboxone through both Opioid Treatment Program and Office Based Opioid Treatment services, extended release buprenorphine injections including Sublocade and Brixadi, and naltrexone treatment with Vivitrol. Patients also participate in individual and group counseling that addresses the emotional and behavioral aspects of addiction while receiving case management, health assessments, laboratory monitoring, telehealth services, peer recovery support, and ongoing recovery planning. Same day and next day appointments are frequently available, and the program accepts new patients, transfers from other treatment providers, and individuals returning to care. Through its compassionate, person centered approach, BHG Wilson Treatment Center helps individuals stabilize their health, reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, strengthen recovery skills, and build a lasting foundation for lifelong sobriety.
