Pinnacle’s Youngstown Treatment Services (Pinnacle Treatment Center OH VIII) is an outpatient clinic focused on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy for individuals with opioid use disorders. MAT options include methadone, buprenorphine (with or without naloxone), extended-release injectables, and Vivitrol® to reduce cravings and support recovery. Counseling services feature individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, anger management, relapse prevention, 12-step facilitation, and the Matrix Model.
