The Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alcoholism (NOCA) is a nonprofit substance use treatment provider headquartered in Commerce, Ottawa County, Oklahoma, offering a comprehensive continuum of addiction treatment services for individuals struggling with alcohol and drug use disorders throughout northeastern Oklahoma. NOCA provides compassionate, individualized, community based care for adults with substance use disorders, including those with co occurring mental health conditions, while working to eliminate barriers that prevent individuals from accessing treatment. The organization offers outpatient treatment, adult male residential treatment at its Miami facility, extended care, drug court treatment, community sentencing treatment, drug and alcohol evaluations, alcohol screening, anger management services, and educational programs. Specialized treatment priorities include serving pregnant individuals, people who inject drugs, individuals with co occurring disorders, and gender specific treatment needs. Through evidence based counseling, individualized treatment planning, relapse prevention, recovery support, and coordinated services, NOCA helps clients build the skills and support systems necessary to achieve lasting recovery and healthier lives.
