Clay Crossing treats a wide range of substance use disorders, including opioid, fentanyl, heroin, prescription painkiller, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepine, synthetic drug, alcohol, and polysubstance addiction through individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. The program emphasizes dual diagnosis care by addressing the underlying causes of addiction, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions that often contribute to ongoing substance use. Treatment includes referrals to trusted medically supervised detox providers when needed, followed by residential rehabilitation programs lasting 30, 60, or 90 days, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services, comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluations, medication management when appropriate, individual counseling, group therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention education, life skills development, and personalized discharge planning with continuing recovery support. Through a combination of clinical excellence, peer accountability, evidence based therapeutic practices, and a structured brotherhood centered on long term recovery, Clay Crossing empowers men to overcome addiction, build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, restore meaningful relationships, and establish a lasting foundation for lifelong sobriety.
