Virginia’s Place, a program of Frontier Health, is a residential re-entry housing program that supports adult males with severe and persistent mental illness and individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use disorders. The program provides a structured and supportive living environment designed to help residents develop stability, independence, and recovery skills. Services include 24-hour supervision, case management, personal care support, community living skills training, independent living skills development, medical and rehabilitation services, and connections to community-based recovery resources. Virginia’s Place focuses on helping individuals successfully transition into the community while promoting mental health stability, substance use recovery, and improved quality of life.
