Affiliated Clinical Services Inc. is an outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment provider with offices in West Bend and Hartford, Wisconsin, serving Washington County and surrounding communities including Jackson, Cedarburg, Richfield, Hubertus, and portions of Dodge, Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, and Sheboygan Counties. The organization provides individualized substance use disorder treatment for adults experiencing problems ranging from episodic substance misuse to severe chemical dependency, approaching addiction as a progressive illness that can be addressed through structured treatment, behavioral change, education, and ongoing recovery support. Its Intensive Outpatient Program provides approximately 10 to 12 hours of individual and group treatment each week while allowing clients to continue working and managing other daily responsibilities, with morning and later day treatment options designed to provide flexibility. Continuing care includes Primary Outpatient Education and Processing Groups that generally meet one to three times per week and help clients strengthen recovery skills, complete treatment materials, develop outside support systems, and maintain long term sobriety. Adults who have achieved at least three months of sobriety may participate in a weekly Relapse Prevention Program focused on maintaining an individualized sobriety plan, recognizing risks, strengthening coping strategies, and using peer group support to develop a sustainable recovery lifestyle. Affiliated Clinical Services also incorporates family involvement, co dependency services, addiction education, driver safety planning, and Christian counseling options into its substance abuse programming when appropriate. In addition to adult addiction services, the organization offers teen substance abuse programming and medication assisted treatment programming, as well as broader mental health counseling, allowing individuals with addiction and accompanying behavioral health concerns to receive outpatient services through the same clinical organization.
