Personal Frontiers, Inc., established in 1976, is a nonprofit behavioral health center located at 310 South Miller Avenue, Suite G, in Gillette, Wyoming. As one of the oldest and most comprehensive substance abuse treatment agencies in Campbell County, the center offers a continuum of care that includes prevention, intervention, and various levels of treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.
Certified by the Wyoming Department of Mental Health/Substance Abuse Division and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Personal Frontiers provides outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options, including buprenorphine and naltrexone. Their evidence-based treatment approaches encompass cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-focused counseling, and the Matrix Model.
The center serves a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, seniors, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those referred by the court system. Specialized programs are available for pregnant/postpartum women, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and those who have experienced trauma or domestic violence.
Additional services include individual, group, couples, and family counseling; case management; peer mentoring; housing assistance; and transportation support. Telehealth services are also offered to enhance accessibility.
Personal Frontiers accepts various forms of payment, including Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, private insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale based on income to ensure affordability.
