Fremont Counseling Service, established in 1959, is a CARF-accredited, nonprofit community mental health center located at 1110 Major Avenue in Riverton, Wyoming. Serving Fremont County—including the Wind River Indian Reservation—the center offers comprehensive outpatient services for individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or co-occurring challenges.
