Luke Air Force Base ADAPT Program is a military-focused Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment service dedicated to promoting readiness, health, and wellness among active duty service members and eligible National Guard and Reserve personnel. The program provides a continuum of care that includes educational outreach, preventive brief counseling, evidence-based outpatient treatment, and referrals for higher levels of care such as inpatient detoxification or residential treatment when necessary. Its approach emphasizes early identification of problematic substance use, intervention, and recovery support to reduce the impact of alcohol and drug-related issues on individuals, families, and military readiness, while helping service members develop healthier coping strategies and maintain overall operational effectiveness.
