White Mountain Counseling provides substance use disorder services focused on supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction through assessment, counseling, and relapse prevention. The program offers substance abuse counseling and individual therapy aimed at addressing addiction behaviors, triggers, and underlying cognitive and emotional patterns, often using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy. Clients may also participate in relapse prevention therapy designed to support long-term sobriety and reduce the risk of return to substance use. In addition, the facility provides required substance use evaluations, including DOT-SAP assessments and MVD revocation-related evaluations, to support treatment compliance and recovery planning.
