Turning Point Community Programs began with a small residential program called Midtown Manor, serving about 40 people living with psychiatric disabilities. Over the last few decades, the organization expanded across several Northern California counties by following proven mental health practices and leading the way in hiring individuals in recovery to mentor others facing similar challenges.
