Solstice Health & Wellness is an outpatient addiction treatment program in Sarasota, Florida, serving adults with opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, stimulant use disorder, and other addictive conditions.
Care is delivered through an integrated model that combines addiction medicine, mental health care, primary care, and lifestyle medicine in one setting to support the whole person.
Services include outpatient withdrawal management (“home detox”), slow taper off benzodiazepines and other sedatives, medications for addiction treatment (Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol), and treatment of co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
We also provide evaluation and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine physical exams. Lifestyle-focused care addresses sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and stress to support long-term recovery. Additional services include harm reduction, counseling, and recovery coaching.
Appointments are available in person and via telehealth to improve access and continuity of care for patients throughout Sarasota and surrounding Gulf Coast communities, including Venice, North Port, Englewood, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
