Shepherd Hill offers a range of substance use treatment services, beginning with detoxification, where medical and nursing staff safely supervise withdrawal from alcohol and other substances. Their Partial Hospitalization Program includes stabilization, psychiatric assessment, individual and group counseling, family education, recreational activities, and 12-step recovery introduction, with stays typically lasting 30 to 90 days. The Intensive Outpatient Program allows patients to live at home while attending treatment sessions and family programming. Shepherd Hill also provides medication-assisted treatment to help manage cravings and withdrawal. Following treatment, patients are encouraged to participate in weekly aftercare groups to support ongoing recovery, contributing to a 98 percent patient satisfaction rate.
