Cherokee Nation Three Rivers Health Center is located in Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, and is part of the Cherokee Nation Health Services system, one of the largest tribally operated healthcare systems in the United States. The health center provides comprehensive behavioral health and substance use disorder services for eligible citizens of federally recognized tribes through an integrated, whole person approach to care. Outpatient behavioral health services include individual and group therapy, substance abuse counseling, relapse prevention, grief and trauma counseling, parenting skills education, psychiatry, psychological testing, crisis intervention, and medication assisted treatment for individuals recovering from opioid use disorder.
