BasePoint Academy is an adolescent-focused behavioral health and substance use treatment facility serving teens ages 11 to 18. The Forney program provides outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization services for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns, with treatment that may include individual, group, and family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, medication management, and psychiatric care. The facility uses a family-centered approach and works with parents, caregivers, and other members of a teen’s support system to develop individualized treatment plans addressing substance use, emotional and behavioral challenges, and related mental health conditions.
