Red Circle Lodge is a Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment center in Hildale, Utah, serving adolescents ages 12 to 17. The program combines evidence-based therapies with Native American cultural traditions to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Residents receive long-term inpatient care in a structured environment with 24-hour support, where traditional ceremonies and teachings are integrated alongside therapeutic services. Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and 12-step facilitation. Holistic wellness is also emphasized through equine-assisted activities, spiritual development, and other experiential therapies.
In addition to residential care, Red Circle Lodge provides comprehensive support services that address both mental health and substance use needs. These include transitional support through peer mentoring, relapse prevention, employment counseling, housing assistance, and overdose education. Medical and psychiatric care, educational support, and life-skills training are also offered, ensuring that each adolescent receives well-rounded treatment designed to prepare them for long-term recovery and personal growth.
