Maple Mountain Mental Health and Wellness is a private residential treatment center for adults located at the base of Maple Mountain in Mapleton, Utah. We are dual-licensed to treat mental health and substance use disorders, and our clinical model is mental-health-first: we treat the psychological root causes of substance use alongside the addiction itself. Every client receives an individualized treatment plan combining evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy), advanced neurotherapies (TMS, ketamine therapy, neurofeedback), functional medicine, and experiential modalities including equine-assisted therapy, art therapy and our bio sound lounge. With a maximum of 16 clients, care is highly individualized. Residential and Partial Hospitalization levels of care are available. Joint Commission accredited and LegitScript certified.
