Palouse River Counseling provides outpatient substance abuse and addiction treatment services for individuals of all ages struggling with alcohol dependence, drug use, and chemical dependency. The center offers comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations, individualized treatment planning, individual counseling, group therapy, and referrals to additional addiction recovery services based on each client’s needs. Treatment focuses on helping individuals recognize harmful substance use patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, address behaviors associated with addiction, and establish a foundation for long-term sobriety. Chemical dependency counselors also provide evaluations and treatment recommendations for individuals involved in court-related proceedings or required to complete substance abuse assessments. For clients requiring a higher level of care, Palouse River Counseling offers referrals to inpatient residential addiction treatment facilities and community recovery resources. Additional support includes connections to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Alateen, and Adult Children of Alcoholics to encourage peer support and ongoing recovery. The organization also provides free information and referral services for family members and loved ones affected by another person’s substance use, helping them understand addiction, access support groups, and develop effective ways to assist individuals in recovery. Through personalized addiction counseling, treatment coordination, and community-based recovery resources, Palouse River Counseling helps individuals and families address substance use challenges, improve emotional well-being, and work toward healthier, more stable lives.
