The NATIVE Project provides specialized substance use disorder treatment and recovery support for children and youth ages 9 through 18 through its Children & Youth Services program. Addiction treatment is offered at multiple ASAM levels according to clinical need, including ASAM Level 2.1 intensive outpatient treatment five days per week, ASAM Level 1.0 outpatient treatment three days per week, and ASAM Level 0.5 aftercare for continued recovery support and relapse prevention. The program also provides substance use assessments and referrals to inpatient treatment when a higher level of care is clinically appropriate. Individual and group sessions are incorporated into treatment, and telehealth options may be available for clients located in Washington, allowing youth and their families to participate in structured addiction treatment and ongoing recovery services.
